Audio Playback Problem On Transfer To Berry

I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction here.
Why would an audio mp3 file be garbled or running so fast ( or slow? ) that I can not make the heads or tales of the sound on my Berry? Yet when I play this same audio within win media player on my PC, the same audio sounds just fine? I take it has something to do with speed right but all my other .mp3 audios work.

Are you putting the MP3’s in the music folder once you connect it to you PC? (On your Black Berry memory card?)

I create a folder in media card for audio books so they do not get mixed up with music (ie play folder only option). Plus, I was sure where you were going there , so I deleted folder in media card and and took same audio and d/l to music and same problem with play back?
