for Asus P4C800-E Motherboard you can find drivers in official Site or you can download direct from this link
http://dlsvr04.asus.com/pub/ASUS/lan/intelan/CSA/WINXP.zip
If it doesn’t have any exe file or setup to install you need to do a manual update.
after you download copy to the computer that has the P4C800-E motherboard , you need to extract from zip file (using winzip or Winrar) after you extract go to Device Manager … ,
my computer – right click – properties – hardware – device manager
or by going to start – run and typing devmgmt.msc and OK or right click my computer – manage – device manager select lan driver that is yellow ( with question mark ? ) right click and chose update chose manual and browser for drivers where are saved and next … finish and the drivers will install if u have problems with updating the drivers ask again.
