Assassins Creed 3 sound problem

I just downloaded Assassins Creed 3 Reloaded. But i cannot hear the voice during cinematic video or in the gameplay. I set all the other volumes low but still voice not comming. Can anyone please help.

Change the audio setup config to Stereo. It may be in 7.1 or 5.1 by default.. this will fix the issue.. if it doesnt help Goto Start -> Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound ->Sound -> Right Click on Speaker, select Properties -> Under “Jack Information” you’ll see a couple of colored circles; look on the back of your computer to see which one (or more) your headphones are plugged into. Click on Levels -> Increase the value of the color that your headphones are plugged into to 100 from 0.
