[ASK] Virus

I keep getting message from my Symantec 10.2 that there are these virus that been cleaned or quarantined. But it seems the virus itself never cleaned by Symantec.
These are the files that keep deleted and quarantined ….
APQXXXX.htm
ihhh[1].htm
u[1].htm
Any idea how to remove these viruses?
Have you tried running a system scan? Also, are you sure they are being deleted, you often have to confirm that files need to be removed by clicking a delete or quarantine button

I guess some of these files already deleted by Symantec and some other went to quarantine.
