Anyone know how to update maps on Garmin Nuvi 200?

I have d/l some maps like Garmin.City.Navigator.North.America.NT.2010.20-T0nK4 and some others but can’t figure out how to update maps.
I also know the nuvi 200 has a very small memory.
Anyone know a place other than gpsunderground to get gps maps and help?

This worked perfectly for me and is easy to do. It takes some time, but its not ahrd, just follow the instruction exactly
