Anyone know any blind/partially sighted people?

I am interested in finding someone who is able to offer me information towards building a puzzle that can build the independance of a blind or partially sighted person.

Dont really get what you mean by build the indeoendance of a blind person ? u mean confidence. Anyways when i think blind + puzzle id think of a cube made out of pieces tetris looking object. Other than that… no clue.
