Android Theme

I have downloaded a .APK file of theme and install it with Astro and used Go Lanucher to use the theme and I have applied it but when I exit to Samsung Home, the theme doesn’t change and goes back to orginial

Possibly your phone need to be rooted for it work..Not sure..I know for a fact for live wallpaper to work you rooting..

You never seen one now.w..In order for the live wallpaper to work..Some settings need to be written to the phone..Without rooting no chance of doing that..
I have to root mine every time I flash stock firmware and need to enable live wallpaper..

go launcher themes work without rooting i think, i uninstalled go launcher after 2 hours as i’m not that much into themes

I have to root mine every time I flash stock firmware and need to enable live wallpaper.. Oh. That’s only for the GT-i5800. Samsung cripples it’s roms on the lower end considerably. Live walpapers are a default feature of Android.
GO Launcher EX Just go into it’s settings and there you’ll have a nicely laid out list of themes including the one you installed.

I went to Themes and selected the one I installed to use but do I use the theme in Go Launcher only or could I go back to Samsung Home and the theme will display in the Samsung Home as well?

go launcher themes no need root neather a LWP needs root
after you dl an theme apk instal it and then open go laucnher ex settings find the theme section n apply the theme
also themes r diferent some have custom icons for alot programs some dont just few, thats why look for Premium go launcher ex themes

I was also the same Problem but after a Phone restart the .apk file worked well ! Try restarting your Mobile hope it will help you !
