Android Nexus 7 games install

When I connect to the PC I get a Nexus 7 directory under Internal storage in that there is a Folder called Android in that 2 folders Data and OBB I have one bought game and its file is in the OBB folder but its one file .
The downloaded game has many files like it needs an install and off course no directions , I dont want to root the machine and from what I gather fishing around you dont have to , I started to copy the downloaded game folder into the OBB folder it was going to take an age and my gut feeling said its not going to work so I abandoned copying and here I am .
Can somebody please give instructions for installing games on the Nexus .

Like any other android device, install the apk file. Install games/apps via your PC to the root of your nexus 7
Make sure unknown sources is ticked in developers settings. Other folders such as SD catch should be moved to android/obb other times in data
Install and hopefully it installs. Hope this helps
