All games and most of the programs crash

So, i guess it has something to do with me installing Left 4 Dead 2, coz after that, i couldn’t start any game… After I installed it, i played it for a few hours and then uninstalled it, and then a surprise! All games are unable to start, either in windowed or full-screen mode, after the black splash screen everything goes back to Windows 7 desktop… Even my Google Chrome unexpectedly shutdowns… I have windows 7 64bit, 3gb ram, quad core amd phenom 9550, ati radeon 4670 series,.. I tried startin virtua tennis 4, skyrim, gta vice city but nothing works :S Please help me!

did u uninstall it or deleted the files urself
still there’s a chance that left for dead was merged with some .dll(window files) and when it went out it took some with it
try repairing ur windows
may system resume

I uninstalled it and then deleted the leftovers… the thing is that games wouldn’t work even before I uninstalled it :S But they worked before I installed it… Also, google chrome crashes a lot, at random times…

Unfortunately, I haven’t made a single restore point :S The things is, I did a system files check, and I got a report and it said some files couldn’t be repaired… This is what is written in there(a part only, ofc):

as you can see, there is some problem with that iassdo.dll and some files that are pending for deletion but are not deleted :S
i have no idea what to do… I even installed a new game, just to see whether it’d work, but same thing again, it won’t work… I don’t want to reinstall everything…
