Adobe After Effects updates on portable version

I have the CS3 & CS4 Portable version of After Effects.
My problem is that I download a few intros(templates) and when I open them, I get an error. Saying this project was made with version 9.0.2.
HOW CAN I UPDATE AE Portable?

must be some option when you open AE and click on Help tab
