July 25th, 2016
ive being tryong to play titan quest and stuff like so but its getting laggy ive alredy overclocked it as much as the safty overclock will work that why i wanna ask if is it worth the money to spend 100 dollars for a motherboard like to increase it to 16x?
Im also running my pc with a 3800 x2 @2.01 and 3g DDRII 667 and i actually dunno wich is my bottle neck here cause im not having a good time gaming.
Thanks for ur help and please tell me how to invest my money for good.
Excuse me for my bad english and please remember im not rich xD thanks
well newer games need better specs to play. Well if you have more to spend, i suggest getting a new motherboard first but not too expensive. If its a gaming pc you want then you will need an entirely new build. The ram isnt for gaming, just budget ram to do most stuff but hard out gaming, the dual core seems a bit weak and the gpu could use an update
try installing latest video drivers, ensure latest ver of direct x is installed. can check this at start >> run >> type in “dxdiag” and troubleshoot there.
if your motherboard doesn’t run it @ pci-e 16x, consider upgrading to a better board. can get one under 99 bux that will support it.
did you plug in the AUX power to the vid card if it has it ?
you try lowering the game grfx settings ?
depends on your need. if you really are a gamer or want quality sure. else im sure u can live without it

Is that your motherboard?
It seems a bit old because it only supports AMD Sempron and Athlon, if you want to play the newer games like Call of Duty or Far Cry 2 you might want to spring for a whole new computer. My suggestion would be to build a new computer. Its cheaper and you have complete control of the parts.
Good sites for computer parts would be:

or

*If you live in Canada for this one of course *
Im assuming your graphic card is uses ATI HD 3650 GPU so you can just take that out of your current computer and stick it in to your new motherboard.
