A Doubt: What If this AE Template Maker Catches us?

Guys, we all know that Videohive is one of the largest AE templates maker and we, in our Templates & Scripts Section, post and download its templates for free which otherwise are available at whopping price.
We all even use those templates and publish them somewhere else. Okay, so I have this thought racing in our mind that what if they see our upload somewhere. Let’s say for example I downloaded the template, edited it and uploaded on my youtube channel and suppose these people find it out. Then What?
or is it like, they make so many templates that it hardly matters to them.
Looking for some sincere and serious answers.

Of course it matters. They provide a service to designers and with that comes some sort of responsibility. Each template sold comes with a very clear and distinctive license. If you get caught they/someone could prosecute you. Quite easy actually as a website is used as an interface for a person or company. Legal contacts website owner, makes claim, owner says designer made it and dobs you in, you go to jail and get waterboarded or electrocuted or hung or worse. They may even circumcise you an inches to low.
What would you expect would happen. Just because a site says something is nulled doesn’t automatically make it so. If someone stole one of my designs and I seen it on the internet I would sincerely go to the address provided on the site or domain registration and beat the person to pulp.
I don’t get why people would steal something that costs nearly nothing to buy. Pirate at your own risk, like with everything else.
