720P episodes size.
September 22nd, 2013
Why right now stanard episodes (45 mins) weight only almost 900mb? Few months back, that was over 1GB?
It just depends upon the bit rate chosen by the person who is encoding it!
The higher the bitrate, the larger the size and the better the quality, generally..
350mb rips ftw

Boycott these rips ^^
This is the worst thing that ever happened to the scene.

I love em
They are great quality and play on ps3/Xbox 360/media players ect ect
Wat more can I want
The size of the file depends on the bitrate and codec that the uploaded used.
Codecs are getting more efficient, and thus file sizes are decreasing with little lack in quality.

You do realize that these rips are released by p2p groups and not the scene groups themselves, don’t you? The don’t affect the “scene” in any way….
Don’t like them? Then don’t download them.
On topic: What Nel said.
350MB are fine for standard def TV shows…Same as the 700MB .avi DVD rips of movies..(DVDs are in standard definition)
But for 720p or 1080p you should increase the bit rate and hence file size for acceptable quality.
