i have windows 7 64x bit to and i havent come across many probs…wat apps are u tryin to use?
Answer #2
Programs like games and apps should work fine.
They are installed into a folder called “Program Files (x86)”.
Drivers don’t though.
They need to actualy be 32bit or 64bit for them to install.
I haven’t found a program yet that doesn’t work on 64bit.
It’s just the drivers…

Thanks to & for the replies . I will post the applications that arent working .
Answer #4
if your getting them off here, you may be putting them into the regular ‘Program Files’, they need to be in ‘Program Files(x86)’
most drivers are updated from the windows update, it will usually find working drivers.
those drivers and apps that don’t have a win7 compatibility, get the vista drivers/apps and try, if that doesn’t work, use the compatibility.

You can also try running the apps in “compatibility mode”. Right click on the apps’ executable and select the “Compatibility” tab. Choose an earlier version olf Windows to run it as, such as Windows XP (Service Pack 3).
