this be a virus my friend, go into task manager and kill the process…if it still wont shutdown … end its process tree. Boot to safe mode and scan with Spyware doctor or norton. Or get a firewall and monitor your Incomings and outGoings.

Basically when I’m uploading my Internet goes super slow, It takes like 5 minutes to load , When I’m not uploading it takes seconds, This happens on Xp and win 7.

I dont understand what is the problem with my CPU
I have iPentium D dualcore 3.0Ghz 4MB cache,and when I test with some programs like everest and Cpu-z,frequency changed sometimes from 3.0ghz to 2.4Ghz,I dont know what is that,maybe is for saving power But I’m not sure.
