From yesterday I can`t open unistall panel on my win 7 64b and there`s no sound (`x` on sound icon). PC detects sound card. Combofix, HijackThis and registry cleaner didn`t solve this problem. Any suggestions, except win reinstallation?

i have a serious proplem with all MS Office files
all office files extentions had been added with .kwszkee after the normal extention of file
just like that
aet.xlsx.kwszkee
aet.docx.kwszkee
and now all files is corrupted any body know how to solve this problem????
