According to this it’s caused my the wrong version of the MFC80U.DL file.. Read how to fix, if it IS the cause.

Are you using Win 7? – I’ve seen this in many other places that some people have AutoCad problems with Win 7 (and some don’t – it seems random??)
I’ve seen this error with other things, and fixed them by getting updated versions of microsoft visual c redit (msvc redist), google it and grab it from MS site (I remember it don’t need OS validation).
