Jdownloader Extremly Slow

I give it a MU link, it downlods at 70 KB/sec.
I download in my browser, it downloads at 1.5 MB/sec.
WTF?!

Could be pressure at the MU end, from other downloads taking place at the same time, or your ISp slowing down your internet connection, or a virus or trojan on your PC. Try running a scan with your anti virus software and try using an up to date copy of Spybot Search and Destroy, which is free and immunize your browser connections from within that program.
If you find you have fast downloads at off peak times and slow from peak times, then that is probably one issue to consider.
I’ve noticed my download speeds have dropped, but it generally seems to be the other PC’s on line and between me and the ISP Server, taking out my download speed.

Jdownloader has always been really slow for me so i never use it

I was downloading right now, not sure if it was a peak time. I have used malwarebytes, it didn’t really find anything, just keyloggers and adware which I removed just now.
As well, Im not sure if this is just a jdownloader issue. I dl from mediafire at around 1 MB/sec.

Of course it’s slow. I generally get around 25% less speed from JD than with IDM.

Im having issues with IDM. Can’t seem to install it. I cant open IDMMan.exe. That is why I use JDL.

i got full speed using jdownloader….. just apply tcp optimize, restart pc then BOOOMMM!!!

I personally hate JD cuz its Java.

freeaking hate JD myself cuz of java but has too many good features so basically forced to use it. Try restarting the program and check for any updates to the program.
