Why is internetdownloadmanager.com dead?

I’ve not been able to connect to the site for a couple of days now. I normally wouldn’t care but since Firefox just updated, I need to update IDM as it is now incompatible, but I can’t because IDM wants to get the update from InternetDownloadManager.com.
Anyone know?

I did had some problem with newest firefox update to with some other pages…
Try reinstalling Firefox because page works fine. Clean install.

I don’t think Firefox is the problem; I couldn’t get onto InternetDownloadManager.com before the update either. Also, IDM doesn’t use Firefox when trying to update so that wouldn’t be a problem. IDM can’t connect to the site directly when it tries to update.

I think maybe the IDM crack is blocking it because the update screws the fake reg.
