GTA 4 Car Mods

Been looking at some YT videos, with all these different car mods people are using in GTA 4…I am guessing its all on PC… what exactly do I need to get these mods…do I just download GTA 4 for PC and then put those mods in some folder? Can anyone explain ? Would appreciate it… thanks a lot

search for gta 4 mods

U need to download gta 4..
install n patch it to 1.4 version [ don patch higher versions.. mods may not work well]
then go here.. get wtever u wan..

it’s more difficult then it looks to put the mod into the game just by putting them into a folder
you need some programs to help you to add them into the game
