[SOLVED]hauppauge hvr 950 tv tuner

hi i have a hauppauge hvr 950 tv tunner and it goes from cable to usb and it also has female audio video cord attachment so i was wondering if it was possible to convert the cable and or the audio video inputs to outputs or if there is a program to do so because i want to hook my computer up to my tv but i only have vga on my computer please help thanks in advance

No… that has nothing to do with it. You need to get either:
VGA – S-Video
VGA – component
VGA – composite
