MSN problem

Notice the MSN and Pidgin, how come MSN is gay and uses up that many?
Is it just my comp or does everyones use this much?

cuz pidgin only has the basic need
msn supports video chat, winks, nice GUI, it has lots of ads running,…

Mine uses only 34,772 k

Mine is using 15k, I downgraded to MSN 8.5 since the newer versions were giving me problems, and this time they don’t force you to update
