[Problem] having an problem with GG-client

I changed my ISP and from now i cant log in gg client :S
Allways it leaves an msg “Login Timed out”
My IP is : 213.163.118.37
Maybe they banned this IP and cant get in :S plz some one can help me ?
I need help for this guys any one can help me ??
