How can i open a TPTB-File Help PLs?

hey can Some one tell me how i can open TPTB-File?do i need to burn it on a cd ??

What is the full name of the file? A quick Google search indicates that TPTB may simply be the name of a release group, as there are several game and movie files, from torrent sites, that have TPTB in their names, yet I could not find any information about a file extension that bears that name.

TPTB (The Powers That Be) are a release group
They do game rips, how to get the game working should all be in the nfo (open with notepad) but generally you extract and run that said by now you probably have figured that out already or deleted the file…
