NTFS and FAT32

guys i need to know the difference between NTFS and FAT32…and plz tell which of them is better….and can i hav my pendrive in NTFS

fat32 is on the way out…ntfs is the way to go…Windows vista and windows 7 connot be installed on fat32 partition…Not supported any longer…

NTFS supports files larger than 4GB.
NTFS is also more secure than FAT32.

Not sure if windows will let format your USB Pen in ntfs…But most partition tools will have no problem…Acronis Disk Director Suite..
