Music Quality Converter

Hello guys,
Question:
I am looking for a program that can change/convert the quality of a single song or a folder of music.
I have downloaded so many songs that have been bad quality, some of them are good, but once i play the next song in my media player the quality drops.
Please reply and post a link to the program or Reply and tell me if one even exist.

Well you can’t make a bad file good normally..
Bit strange if the quality starts OK and then gets worse next time you play the same file ??
What media player are you using ?

No, i just mean. I have downloaded some good quality song, and some bad quality. i want to know if i can make the bad quality songs Good.

You can’t convert an MP3 that has 128kbps to an MP3 that has 320kbps. I would just find a better album, professionally ripped.

ImTOO mp3 WAV Converter does the job. You just drag the song into the box and in options you choose what bitrate you want it to convert into. Easy to use

You can change the bitrate but you can’t change the quality… 128 converted to 320 won’t sound any better, it will just take up more space.

When you convert 128 to 320, without the original source. You lose even more quality. It’s pointless. So your main goal will be shattered.
