My account on here got hacked!

OK, been a bit of a lurker over the years, but logged in today and had warnings for a post –

And I never made the post, and it seems there are other posts I havent made! (like the reply on this thread – http://www.google.com?t=843528&highlight=)
Dont know how on earth this happened??
Any ideas guys?

Either you have a Keylogger on your PC, you logged in with your details on a phishing site or you have a very plain password. Change your password and scan your computer for malware. Scan it with the best programs you can find. I would recommend NOD32 or Kaspersky. Also make sure you never log in into any site with your details other than into .org. Always check the URL bar. Change your password, then contact a Super Moderator, PM a few as they are really busy.

immediately change your password then let a mod know what happened.

Changed my password and PM’d a mod. Definately no keylogger etc.. scan weekly. Was a plain enough password, someones name but not really one someone could guess I suppose.. anyway changed it to something random now.

Yep, they reset my password and said they could see it was a different IP for those other posts. Scanned with Adaware and Mcafee and all clean!
See if it happens again or not!

PM and adminsitrator and an investigations should take place and your warnings removed if your claim is true
