January 19th, 2020

When I turn on my desktop it booted up and it has a message that says BOOTMGR is compressed Press CTRL+ALT+DEL I pressed it and it keeps rebooting to the same screen. DO anybody have this type of problem, if so can you help me fix it.
Answer #1
Boot with your Windows CD and do a full repair…
Answer #2
are you using vista?
Answer #3
Boot with the Vista DVD, when it enters Setup hit your SHIFT-F10 keys Setup will run “cmd”, and drops you to a command prompt that is running with SYSTEM privileges.
Then at the command prompt type the following (hitting <enter>) after each line.:
attrib bootmgr -s -r -h
del bootmgr
ren temp bootmgr
attrib bootmgr -a +s +r +h
Else a simple step –
get to the command prompt screen and type:
bootrec /fixboot
After completion again type:
bootrec /fixmbr
Your system is ready to work…..
