Which is the Best Mp3 Resizer?

I want a Mp3 resizer software that can reduce the bitrate from say 320 to 128 i have used Earlier Mp3 Resizer and NCH switch converter but don’t work sometimes and create a KB file instead of MB please give a appz that is good.

Try Media Coder audio edition. Keep in mind that, by lowering the bitrates of a lossy encoded file, the quality is reduced greatly.

Just use Nero. Or if you want a good one thats free u can use dBoweramp.

Yeah, dBpoweramp is the best all around MP3 converter I have ever used.

I just always use itunes. Change your import settings to 128 kbps, then highlight whatever you want and right click>create mp3 version.
