Digital Photo Resizer

I know that Windows XP has an in-built image resizer, and I can’t find anything like it in Windows 7 Ultimate (so much for “Ultimate”).
What is a good program to resize digital photos to email?

I think microsoft office 2007 can do your work easily… Just search here for portable MS Office and you will be having things of your choice…..

you try “paint”, might be under “accessories” or type paint into the search box

Thank’s, the website looks professional and the program looks like what I need.
To the person who mentioned “Paint” above: Image resizer as in converting the picture to take up less space in MBs.
