and i was wondering
will I be able to run games like: Titan quest, Loki, Compagny of heroes, Oblivion?, and stuff?
but i ask only for an graphic card point of view..not like all the rest
like did i do a bad purchase or not, and is it better or not than an GeForce 4 mx 440

better than the GeForce 4 mx 440 i use to have it, then changed to the new 8800, it will run basicly everything …to a limit tho, stewart,
You will probably run Oblivion at medium graphics setting. Yes it can run the new games at low graphics and those ones listed at about medium.

But I want to warn everyone not to buy an 8500GT unless you have really good system cooling.
Well bad deal it doesnt have DirectX10… but thats coming from a GeForce 8800GTX user but if you like it thats all that matters. Depends what games you play.
I did not mind really about direct X, i mean, i had this Geforce 4 MX 440, and had to stick with real ~ Lovely ~ games for LOOONG time..so like il stand with, not UBER new games, but like maybe last years games will suit me, i am not hard to please lol
so like games i said upper, and stuff will suit, i wont have like crysis and like bioshock probly, but still il be fine
or maybe Bioshock will work in low setting, i dunno
Bi shock and the other games you listed will all work fine but don’t expect to play games like crysis or cod4 very well.
Its actually a good deal if you got it pretty cheap being a nice budget card.

remember that you will have to low the games aside from being on the lowest/medium settings in very low resolutions (like 800×600) if you want to have decent FPS while playing them.

When I had my Nvidia Geforce 6800XT i could run oblivion in medium settings with some on low at a 800×600 resolution no problems. Most of the time it was above 40fps but when I used fire balls or had too many NPCs around me the FPS dropped a lot.
So i guess mine might run a bit better
but like if you wanna know its: Oldblivion
