How good is this graphics card?

i know it will be able to play games like Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
so this card looks fine for me its for an old amd athlon xp computer i have witch is fast for an old computer
i will use this computer to play older game just wanna know your thoughts on this i only wanna spend a max of $20USD on a graphics card
computer im on now is more then fast to play any computer game but i wanna keep this pc free for my video editing and photo shop and other apps along those lies and my tv recording and my download
so my question is what do you think about this card ? or do you know one better with free shipping or price of item + shipping will = $20USD must be able to ship to new zealand

i really will only play on this computer like 2hrs/4hrs a week on it because i need to do my computer work that is why i will only spend $20

Won’t run GTA :SA, it’s just too weak :/
I believe that by the time SA was released I had an GeForce FX 5500 and I could run fine. I don’t know about what kind of resolution you can expect though, by that time I probably had an 15 CRT monitor, so in-game resolution was never an issue.
Anyways, I’m pretty sure that it wont run at all, and even if it does, it will run like sh*t.
Try to grab an Fx 5500,it will probably be within your price range.

Better use your local Craigslist or possibly eBay.
You should save up $50 bucks for a better card.

You can probably get a 5550 for < $20.

with a 20 dollar card don’t expect to be gaming at all unless u plan on playing older games.

i had an old as computer here i brought in 1998 it has a ati rage pro 3d card in it and it could run gta vice city at max setting

If you want to play anything other than minesweeper PLEASE invest a little more money. I wouldnt be surprised if modern integrated graphics chips and intels new gpu/cpu chips would outperform those relics…
