hmmmm, first try restoring your system files with your XP CD. Just put in the cd, enter Task Manager, start a new tast and type in “sfc /scannow” without the quotes. If that does not help try a repair installation with the Windows CD. Also, once the same thing happened to my friends PC so after I reinstalled Internet Explorer the problem was resolved. Other than that I can’t think of anything else. Good luck mate ^_^

Personally, I would try to recover all my data and save it on an external drive and then reformat the drive and reinstall windows. It’s a radical measure perhaps, but that way you don’t have to cobble together a solution. It kind of sounds like a registry entry was deleted, or a system file got altered. Maybe – and this is pure speculation – the virus program erased a registry entry thinking it was a virus.

Safemode does not work, only because some gay black screen just appears. Ive tried going back 2 a later date (2-3Months Ago)
Still the same. Thanks for help. But more is needed!

run this from taskmgr after inserting your XP CD
expand X:\i386\explorer.ex_ C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe
X = cd drive letter
that should replace your explorer.exe, now run explorer.exe
if that worked reboot
