Task Manager is diasbled by administrator

Every time I try to open the task manager program, I get a message stating this, “Task Manager has been disabled by Administrator”. However, I am the Admin………whats the problem here?

Maybe virus. I know one virus that blocked Task Manager and displayed that your text. This is Brontok32,

Hey guys……I typed in gpedit.msc in the run menu and it says its is not valid. Anyone know why?……its located in the link posted.
BTW……is there a rule against double posting in order to bump your topic up?
