Rock Manager-Band Manager Error

I downloaded the game today and I installed it.Everything worked fine in the intro and when that window something about your mission what 2 do First.And I click Ok and it starts loading and says this:
Error
A Fatal Error ha occurred.Click Ok to Quit.
and Then after that:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error
Program: D/Program Files/Dream Catcher/Rock Manager/RockManager.exe
The Application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please Contact the application’s support team for more information.
Please help I play this game once on my cousins computer but on mine it wont work!!!
Here are my System specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.5 Ghz ATI Radeon 2400 pro 256 mb
Windows XP Professional SP 3

Please help me This is a great game!I tried running it in compatibility mode with Microsoft windows 95,98 and 2000 wont work every time the same!Please help me Ill do anything on my computer 2 fix this!
and Google didn’t give me any answers.

What?Im just telling you what I tried…Now I tried with a crack I downloaded and still nothing…
