How do I open this kind of file (HTML=200mb

Really wierd its supposed to be a rar right?
But it appears to be an HTML a 200mb
HyperText Mark up Language! LOL!

Or just use winrar.(Open with, select winrar) I get the same thing every now and then…

Go to your folder options, and there will be something that says “show known file extension”, or something like that. Then right click the file, click rename, and delete the .html part.

I rename it to .rar but still nothing happened
the same goes with OPEN WITH and show know file file extension.

1. open winrar
2. browse to the folder that contains the files (inside winrar)
3. select the files
4. unrar

rename it something.rar or just open winrar and browse to the file u want

you may have “Hide extensions of known file types” in Folder options.
In the window, go to Tools -> Folder options. 9you can go from Control panel a well)
In the view tab uncheck “Hide extensions of known file types”
Now rename the file say abc.html to abc.rar

The Show Hidden Files.
But the Browse files from Winrar did work.
