when i convert a video to a avi all i get sound no video.

the name of the file is called VP6 Flash Video when i convert it to a avi it i get is sound no video the program i am use to convert is called FLV to AVI MPEG WMV 3GP MP4 iPod Converter what am i doing wong?
ps i cant spell good i am sorry for that,.

Try MC to convert your file. Don’t change any settings except the file type, just insert flash file and convert.
