I Need Help In Firefox. Whenever I Start Firefox,In The Tools ——-> Options ———> Advanced
———-> Settings It Is Always Set On “Manual Proxy Configuration” Whenever I Start Firefox. Please Help Me.

You mean you can’t change it? Or if you change it, it always reverts back? It’s a bit strange since I didn’t know that GPOs can apply to firefox. Or it could be a virus if you are not in a controlled environment ie school/office.
You can reinstall firefox. That might fix the problem.
Check your addons. There might be one that configures proxies.
