My Keychain App has mysteriously turned into some foreign?

Please help me in putting my keychain app back into english!
I was browsing through my apps to go to terminal and the foreign languaged app was there so i wondered what is was and it turned out to be my keychain app! Please help! Any help would be greatly appreciated! here is a screenshot of what is going on!
