Acer D260 wont turned on

Hi guys, Im having problems with this netbook, Acer Aspire 1 D260. At first, The laptop wont boot, it just show a blank/black screen. The lits are all ok. I believe it has bios problems, so Googled the symptoms and found a solution but too bad it wont worked on me. I tried it the whole day… it was irritating. So I go to plan B which is removing RAM and rubbing it with rubber (which usually works for me if my computer wont boot)
But after putting it back together again, I found up that the laptop wont even turn on. So I remove the batteries and power cord, press the power button for 20~30 sec (it was told to be releasing static charges) but it give me a sh!tface. It was irritating to have this problems. So, can someone show me the way?

If your system is not working then forward it to service station, it will be more safe.
