Fallout 3 Russian to English, help please

Can someone please give the instructions needed to convert the Fallout 3 CLONEDVD from Russian to English?
there was a whole thread about it but I can’t find it now (seems it has disappeared for some stupid reason)

How to make game English

1 Mount mds or mdf with daemon tool
2 Start the istallation in russian (select all option )
3 Wait for 2 or 3 min (Dipend’s from your pc istallation speed)
4 Go to C:\Program\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data\
5 Delete the file called PatcherList.ini
6 Wait until the installation is finished
7 C:\Program\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data
and replace the file called esp.rus with esp.eng
8 Apply the crack
9 Play

didnt work.
and replace the file called esp.rus with esp.eng
those files doesnt exist.
there is a russian.esp only.
i replaced with your file and didnt worked
