Placing Shortcuts in Folder Toolbar in Vista

I want to put a delete, a copy to and a move to shortcuts into the folder toolbar. Is this possible???

No, the pure simple reason is because, right clicking your mouse is more efficent and does those 3 things a hek of a lott quicker than draging them.
