how do i enter cheats on GTA 4?

just bought and installed Original GTA 4 on my PC, im having a hard time, entering the cheats, it say apply the cheats on your phone, but i don’t know how to enter the cheat code.
anyone can help me step-by-stpe procedure?

Press the hotkey to your cell phone.
Press the button to show your keypad
Type in the cheat as a phone number, and press the call button.
For example it would be like 275-555-0501 You enter that, and press call.

yeah the hotkey button to show up the phine is “UP control” but i cant put the number.
the phone screen displays, multiplayer & video edit.

Also once you have entered the cheats… you can use cheat by selecting cheats menu in your mobile… it will be easy!!! you dont need to enter the numbers all the time
