Activating Max Payne 2 Cheats?

guys, now u gotta help me in solving a problem, I have recently installed max payne 2 and I want it to be played along with the usage of cheats but what the hell is that developer mode and all that sick info…
Can anyone give me a step by step explanation of playing it with cheats.??
