Answer #1
I’d check this out
O20 - Winlogon Notify: ztjxbsvi - C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ffjqwkh.dll
Answer #2
i sound stupid, but how exactly do i do that lol, ive never used HiJack This, but ive seen that a lot of people ask to see a log when checking for viruses
Answer #3
when you are in hijackthis , find those line

    O2 – BHO: (no name) – {16013D1C-7A83-47E9-AC1B-D17D75065791} – c:\windows\system32\ffjqwkh.dll
    O20 – Winlogon Notify: ztjxbsvi – C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ffjqwkh.dll

check them and then at the bottom choose Fix checked
most of the time the program will delete them since it can’t be fix Then I suggest you to do a virus scan just in case
Answer #4
If you post your log here http://www.hijackthis.de/ it will be analyzed for you and the 2 items above are the only 2 suspect as unknown the rest are shown as safe
Answer #5
Hello.
This smells like a Sentinal rootkit, that file is vundo, but there’s no run value that normally appears with vundo. My bet is that killing them items in Hijack This won’t work and they re-appear. If so, the rootkit is locking the registry keys and needs to be killed.
But first, we need to find the rootkit.

  • Please download DDS by sUBs to your Desktop (Important!!) from one of these locations:
    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr

  • Double click DDS.scr to run.
  • When complete, two logs will open. Save both of the report to your Desktop.
  • Copy and paste DDS.txt back here.
