GIMP won’t seem to work.

Well GIMP was working fine for about 2 months, then I got this message, I’ve been having the same troubles with GIMP for a while, I will not use paint as it sucks, and Photoshop makes me get the same message, I downgraded to GIMP 2.4 and still got the message,
The problem is that when I load GIMP I get this message –

I click, ‘Click Here’ And get this message

Have you tried uninstalling GIMP and re installing it?
