i cant login to windows 7 anymore

after trying to install sony vegas, i got an error about the windows installer service not working anymore, so i googled how to fix it, i had to reboot my pc and then when i had to log in, there is no place where i can type my password.(same for safe mode) and the screen flickers every 7 seconds or so.
how can i fix this please?

try hitting CTRL+ALT+DEL twice at the login screen

Have you a Windows 7 install disc? Just stick it in and reboot, tap F12 at the manufacturers boot screen and choose boot from onboard CD/DVD drive, it will load up, then click next and hit repair, it will scan for problems and should fix it automatically. Thats worked for me a couple of times now ;]
If you ain’t got one have a look for one here, same version as yours though for the repair option. Good luck.

very easy way, login with KON-BOOT
which bypasses the password, afterward you can change the password
done successfully, 100% working
