[solved] Sys Gets hangup or slow after 20 mins ~ plz help me

My Sys Config is Pentium 2.66 Dual Core, 945 Intel Motherboard , 1 GB Ram, 40 GB HDD , XP sp2 os. frds when i ON my sys it will be working normal , aftr 20 mins entire process of the sys gets slow for ex: while watching movies after 20mins sys gets slow . what the prob ?
i thought ram gets probs so i changed 1 gb to my old 512 ram still the problem persists … i thought my processor fan but all the fans are working fine … is it virus problem or any please tell me … iam confused entirely…

How much does the speed of the system change? Bear in mind you have -to put it straight- a very outdated computer, it could just be your current setup. :/

my sys gets freezed n then normal and then frezzed and then normal … after restarting it works fine … i dunno what to do?
can i submit my hijack this report here? dude “outdated pc”? cant get u … will it be a virus problem or processor fan problem ???

well viruses usually lag the whole thing from startup. Yes you may post hijackthis logs here and can you say what your are doing in that time?

dude if this problem comes with ram means why iam getting this after replacing 1 gb to 512 mb ram [its good working one]

1.can update service pack
2.Can try a different antivirus.
