Computer turns off after 10 mins if not used

Im on Windows 7, and if i don’t use my computer for 10 minutes, the screen will go blank and all the lights on my PC turn off, but when i move my mouse then everything turns back on.
What is this feature called and how can i disable it?

Sleep mode, change it in power settings in the control panel.

Go to Control Panel, Power Options, then Change when the computer sleeps.
