Windows 7 Audio Problem

July 26th, 2016

I just installed windows 7 but my audio isn’t working..
I get the error: No Audio Output Device is installed
When I try to fix this, windows can’t find any drivers…
Probably HP didn’t make any drivers yet but I hope there is a way to fix it..
It really sucks when you have no sound
I have a HP pavillion DV5000

that driver has worked for others using Win 7 so if it didn’t work for you then you will have to search other places or email HP and ask them.

I’m having the same problem, it says no output devices are installed, and i’ve gone into the dell website and located what’s supposed to be my driver, no luck.
I’ve got a Dell C810 running Windows 7. I’ve tried updating as well.

I tried the SWSETUP, but it says it’s can’t find the MEDIA for the driver…what does that mean?

Problem fixed, I found my driver online, and did a manual search of my computer for it via Windows Troubleshooter, and voila!
